As well as being a volunteer-led community group, the Net Zero Network offers access to the expertise of it's members to deliver techno-economic modelling of future energy systems.

As well as being a volunteer-led community group, the Net Zero Network offers access to the expertise of it's members to deliver techno-economic modelling of future energy systems.

The techno-economic modelling capability is led by Max van Someren, the founder of the Net Zero Network.

Services we offer include:

  • Decarbonisation pathway planning for industrial energy users. An example is the GHG Emissions Reduction Pathway for Arafura Rare Earths which Max led the development of.

  • Lifecycle benefits analysis for clean technologies. Using our advanced techno-economic analysis toolkit, developed in partnership with Systemiser, we can demonstrate to your customers and investors the superiority of your product or project - backed up by a robust techno-economic model.

  • Business case development for multi-facility industrial hubs. Efficient industrial production, supported by low cost renewable resources, is a team sport. Our recent work, as part of the SuperchargeWA initiative of WA+, demonstrated the potential of industrial hubs to reduce emissions and deliver superior economic benefits.

If you would like to learn more about these or other energy & climate capabilities our members may be able to offer, please contact max@netzeronetwork.org.
